Demon is absolutely correct. I typed that last post in haste, and afterwards realized I had forgotten to mention that it's exhaust heat, more than pressure, that spins the turbine. That's why it's good to keep the turbo as close to the source of the heat as possible. That's also why a lot of guys wrap the crossover pipe, to keep as much heat in the system as possible.
