Removing arm rests?

How do you remove the arm rests on stock seats in an 89 Burb? I am wanting to remove and re-pad the inside of the arm rests. My other Burb had zippers and you could push in and rotate back to pull them out, I can't figure these out!?

The armrest has a stud extending into the seat back itself. You must remove the seat back cover and then you will find the armrest simply unbolts--there is a nut on the armrest stud.
