removing cigarette lighter

is there a special trick to removing this? mine is all rusty and I want to replace the entire thing with new one. Just not sure how to remove the old

The inner & outer shells screw together and sandwich the dash inbetween.

Go around to the back side, unplug it and the unscrew the outer shell.
