removing hard top

Hello,
What tool Di I have to use to remove my hard top? The bolts are torque bolts with a pin in the middle of them.

I'm pretty sure they're called Security Torx. I don't think sears or places like that carry them, but snap-on does and im sure you can order them online as a last resort....

I thought they were called tamperproof torx.
