I have a hummer tire with a rubber runflat in it how the heck do you get these things out with out destroying them or the tire?

make it look like a taco, then spray it down with some type of lubricant(PB, WD-40, etc.). Once this is done, use two big pry bars to get it out. The lube should keep the tire from getting damaged by the pry bars, and you won't do any damage to the runflats.readymix said:Use a big ratchet strap to squeeze it together.
