I have a hummer tire with a rubber runflat in it how the heck do you get these things out with out destroying them or the tire?

Use a big ratchet strap to squeeze it together.
make it look like a taco, then spray it down with some type of lubricant(PB, WD-40, etc.). Once this is done, use two big pry bars to get it out. The lube should keep the tire from getting damaged by the pry bars, and you won't do any damage to the runflats.

Me Personally I would probley try to cut it with a sawzall.

then you need a new one. what he is trying to remove is the beadlock, not a run flat.

I have used a big ratchet strap and wd-40 to let it slide out of the tire. I then used a stick to knock the "S" ends off eachother. They'll come apart with some force so becarefull.
