So I sold my TBI setup to a member here. Ive got the whole harness out except the fuel pump stretch and a small piece under the dash.
This small extension under the dash is what Im curious about. Its 6 leads and feature a great pumpkin orange wire. I believe only 5 of the 6 leads are actually occupied. It stretches from the main fuel injection harness over the HVAC box by the brain over to the gauge cluster. What the F is in it? Is it necessary?
All I can think of is check engine light.
Further more I want to make this as easy as possible for the buyer. Less headaches he has on install equals less headaches for me to because Im not gonna leave him flat.
I unplugged the main power from the fuse block. Will he be able to plug this into a pre-fuel injection fuse block or should I yank the block out and give it to him also?
