search glass in the garage.

Person A applies outward pressure on the glass. Person B folds the weather seal in towards the window. Start in one upper corner. As you get that corner popped out, move along the top continuing to push out and fold the seal till you get to the other corner. Person A the gets in the back of the truck to pull on and catch the glass while person B continues to fold in the seal. You'll have it out in no time.
