I want to remove the trim going around the headlights and grill. Has anyone done this. I havent seen any late model K5s without the chrome trim. I think it would look cleaner.

the thin chrome? theres little speed nuts behind em and the trim comes off. i think on the grill itself it pops on...been a while so im not exactly sure

yea the thin chrome. I know there will be lil holes. I figured on just filling them in. I want a clean NON chrome look to my truck. As far as the grill itself. Its a repro GMC one, no chome or badging on it.
