finally did my flywheel and torque converter today in my driveway took me 3 hours start to finish... took forever! anyway new noise when i shift between gears r ,d to park.. there is a clunk.. go into drive there is a much louder metal to metal clunk.. .. i looked all over didnt see anything.. runs and drives great..any ideas? thanks

First off, you replaced the flexplate not a flywheel (flywheels are used with a standard trans). Now to answer your question about the clunk, that is usually a bad u-joint or a diff with too much backlash. Put the trans in neutral (on a level surface) and try to rotate the drive line back and forth to see how much "play" (backlash) you get. If there's not a detroit locker in the diff then you should get very little movement, if there's alot then the diff has too much backlash and will either need to be repaired or just wait until it explodes then fix it.
