Ok I have a 1996 3/4 to 4x4 suburban with the 6.5 I have tried belts from Shucks Autozone Napa and the Dealership and the all seem to wear out in less than a year. I need help I want the toughest belt on the market.
Any ideas? Thanks

I've been told Goodyear Gatorback belts are the best available, and I'll be putting that to the test soon.

Double-check your pulley alignments - if they are not parallel to each other, you're causing excessive heat and wear of the belt. Adjust and shim as required to get your pulleys parallel with each other.

chech the tensioner and idler pulleys, any of them can wear out a belt quickly...I like Gates belts
