Replacing axle seals on 10bolt

Outside rear axle seals leaking , basically ruined the brake shoes. How hard is it to replace these seals ? What tool would I need ? Seals puller ?

Worst part I’d reckon is reinstalling the brakes. You will have to pull the c clip and axles. Then use a seal puller. Parts house probably has a rental
