Replacing Door Glass

So after a couple years Im back in the K5 game. As I got it 1985 Blazer 350/700R4, 6" lift, 33" boggers, 4.56's and limited slip front and rear. So I need to replace the drivers window. I got the glass from a junkyard 80's Chevy pickup and Im having trouble installing it. Almost seems like its too big to fit in window channel inside the door. Anyone have any tips or info on replacing door glass?? Oh heres a couple pics day after I got it at Hollister Hills. I plan to paint it a camo pattern or just olive drab, put a winch in that winch bumper, go 35's, and maybe remove the longer shackles to drop it down a little bit. Also heres a pic of my Bug.

Thanks guys. The bumper wasnt on the truck when we got it; was in back of truck. So when we put it on, I was like we can use this to sit on and fish or use as a diving platform.
