I have had the misfortune of having all the belts snap, the fan belt is a piece of cake to replace, the other two however are a different story. Anyone ever had to replace the other two? 350 motor with air

Once a year or so I do mine . The power steering pump I remember goes on first , then the next one , then the last . All the accessories have adjustment points , except the air pump IIRC . Alternator and around smog and fan is easiest , the raer one for power steering is a pain but not hard , I got my pump as loose as I could via teh bolt on teh front and the rear of it and put the belt on by reaching underneath truck and sliding on pulley . The others slip over fan blade and onto their pulleys :k5: :k5:
