Be helpful to know what you've done so far. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

Short answer:

Remove wheel/tire. Better jack truck up first or it falls on your toe, ouch.

Remove locking hub (crappy auto or real Warn manual, woohoo) with the three Torx or six allen bolts around the outside.

Remove caliper and put it somewhere safe. Hanging on the brake hose is not safe.

Remove the first (outer) magic wheel hub lock nut with the magic tool. Should be the four-prong variety, available from your local auto parts place or Ebay:

Pix there too so you know what to look for.

Then remove the locking thing (pull out by hand or with a pick) and then use the magic tool for the second, inside magic nut.

Then carefully pull like the dickens.

Now is a good time to repack or replace your wheelbearings. That inner seal can be reused if you're really poor, but they're cheap insurance against crap getting in your wheel bearings.

I think that's it, from memory.

sounds about right, except for the snap ring on the axle shaft and the large snap ring on the inside of the "snout" on the rotor. those will need to come off before you can get the hub out.

Oh yeah, snap rings! One you gotta use the pliers for, the other is a big mofo one just inside the hub, I found a pocket knife snaps it out better than anything else ;-)
