Replacing power rear window glass.

I'm wanting to replace my rear glass in my 87 Jimmy. It has the power window, and looks really complicated. I recently had a new tailgate installed, and it came with a really crappy, scratched up window and I want to put the one from my old tailgate in it.

Is this really a tough task? Does it require taking the tailgate all apart? Can anyone give me step by step instructions to do this? Thanks for the help guys.

<not a step by step but pull off the inside piece of metal inside tailgate like ten screws then looking at it there is a piece of metal attached to bottom of glass with a few holes and a few bolts that go through them undo bolts pull out glass put in new glass>
