Ok I got my springs off and shackles seperated but when I went to install my new greasable poly bushings from ORD they won't fit in the shackle bushing hole. They are the right part number and measure 1 3/8" as they should but the hole only measures something like 1 5/16". Something I am missing?

Stephen told me there are two different sizes..........but first make sure YOUR problem isn't the metal sleeve that is in the spring eye. If it's still there, gotta cut it out............lots of fun. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I had the same problem sorta. I ordered the rear kit for replacement springs (1-1/2") but he sent me all 1-1/2" bushings, no smaller 1-3/8" for the stock shackle bushing. Of course this wasnt found out until during my lift install so I had to reinstall the shackle with the old dry-rotted factory bushing.
I need to call ORD and see what we can do about this.
