Replacing tail pan—need tailgate hinges

All 8 bolts snapped when removing my tailgate. Realized the threads are in the hinges. Any idea where to get replacement hinges?

heat them up / weld a nut to the broken nub / let cool and then by hand try and spin them out . . . its not the end of the world .

Good plan.
I was also thinking I could drill out and use slightly smaller grade8 with nut.

grind nut clean / weld 1 size bigger nut on the nub and let cool / then by hand slow and easy try and turn out . sometimes it takes a nut or 2 or 3 but they come out .
