Replacing 'wing' window . . .

I broke my wing window and thanks to a brother K5'er I have a complete assembly for the replacement. What is the easiest way to replace the glass? What all has to come out? I'm getting all new rubber seals, window tracks, etc, anything else I'm forgetting?
