I keep getting requests on how to run coax when doing cowl/fender/mirror antennas on a 88-88 ( 99 Sub ) IFS rig . So here goes 
Now this isn't about how to mount the antenna , thats on you . Mine is mounted like this :
This is about getting the coax into the cab . Follow along :
Take off the black plastic thingy on cowl
Notch black plastic thingy on cowl like this
Run coax through here , if you have power windows and locks you can put a hole in the grommet tube ( WITHOUT END OR ITS TOO BIG TO FISH < AND SOLDER ON IN CAB ), I had manual doors so the coax gets left to hang there , don't worry about it , door DOES NOT FLATTEN OR CUT IT
There ya go , once its in the cab run under dash and zip tie it down and cut the tag ends flush
