Resonable price sm465/np205

Does $400 for a sm465/np25 with crossmember and driveshafts sound good, or what sould I expect to pay?
This is from a junkyard.

I'd say yes, that's an ok deal.
The 77-up 465/205 are more desirable than earlier ones.
