turns over and runs on starting fluid, dies out, fuel pump is running, 5 gal of fresh gas added to 1/4 tank that was in it....ready, go!

Tbi, pulling filter now, thought I had a spare in the bin....trip to town

While the filter is off, cycle the key. Make sure your getting plenty of fuel volume from the pump.

If pulling the filter, pump fuel while its out, check to see how bad it is.

Ethanol is bad stuff, your fuel hose could have split in the tank, the lines/bottom of the tank could be full of water, or the fuel itself could be garbage.

My rig sat for one year, and the fuel was bad enough to significantly affect how it ran, at two years I'd be surprised if it would run at all.

Well, this is my is what I got from 3 cycles of the key, about 6oz of gas, doesn't look cloudy or have any junk in it

The gas may still be bad. I tried adding good fuel to bad in lawn equipment and ended up having to cycle all the bad fuel out before it would start. Also make sure to check ignition for proper functioning, moisture intrusion, etc.

Filter replaced, no change. How can I verify it is getting fuel at the TB?

So, called it quits this afternoon, I'll take my Dad out with me in the morning to give me another set of yes and hands.

If I don't have fuel at the injectors, what am I looking for? Blockage in the line? I can blow it out right? which line is feed and which is return? I'm heading out in a bit, but only have shitty cell coverage for research lol.

Well getting fuel at the injectors, so I guess the gas in the tank is crap. I put 5 gal fresh in yesterday and it's reading 1/2 so I'm guessing there is at least 10 gal in it...keeping adding or drop the tank and drain?

Got spark? The distributor internals get pretty corroded (at least out here) when the rigs sit for long periods.
