Ya, I thought it was tore apart and has been in pieces for a while. In that video, the guy says, surprised we haven't broke the axle yet. Those are huge axles, huge. And when he lays it on the side a few times and rights it. Awesome. Then the holes were so big, the 54s were down deep in the pits. That thing is about the flexiest rig I've seen.
Clayton is holding the camera, thats him you hear talking. That the test course he built in the back yard beside his shop. Actually the buggy went back together last fall, it was used in the filming of a Pilot TV show filmed in Alberta. Its a space frontier show, I forget whats its called. It really is amazing how much flex it gives. theres points where the front diff is 90* or better to the rear.
I was at TTC the year Clay was there, he is a pretty cool guy.
The rig is super cool. Clay is one heckuva driver, good things its built the way it is, he gets mad ( which is actually good) behind the wheel pretty quick it seemed.
Like I said its built to take the punishment though
