retail stores that sell e-clips?

I got one a NAPA. They had an entire tray of them in the back. All different sizes.

yea thoes things can be fun to get off the servos and aculmators, When i was rebuilding my 350 i broke one and just got one from ace

Lowes has a pretty decent selection, so does napa.

all over the place!...

I get them at Lowe's too,or Home Depot,or any decent hardware store or parts store..I hope a special place in hell is reserved for the guy who invented those "e" clips..and the inventor of "snap rings" too..being a small engine repairman,I've had more than my share of grief caused by those things....they are hell to install,easy to break,easier to LOSE,and broken peices cause all kinds of carnage when they go thru the gears or bearings in tranny's.. ....Roll pins are next on my list of "most annoying hardware inventions"....
