Anybody know where to get one of these? I tried every local parts house and none of them have them. It goes on after the outer bearing, before the spring goes on. Basically to protect the bearing.

what spring after the outer bearing, the locknuts should go next....then the hub springs and such. maybe your D44 is diff than any 10bolt/60 that i have worked on though.

If you have locking hubs you should not even be using the cup washer and spring. The cup washer and spring were for the fulltime drive slugs to keep tension on the stub shaft seal.

Yeah, I'm installing warn manual hubs. So i dont use the retainer ring or the big spring? what goes on after the outer bearing? lock nuts? If anybody has an exploded diagram that would be great. My haynes manual doesnt have one.

Its a D44 out of a 78 burb

This is a Jeep D44 but still the same stuff applies.
