Does anyone know the PN# for the return line cap? Is the dealer the only place to buy them individually?

For $20 you can get a complete return line kit that includes the caps. Search in this forum and you should find the link.

I did get the new return line with the clampless lines from Tim at AccurateDiesel. However the caps still need the clamps I found out as one of mine blew off
