My brother builds and sell models has a hobby. He bought this one to build when I had my Blazer.. He never did build it. And I have no plans on getting another one. So he has it up for sale or he will build it for you.

Price for the model alone is
$25.00 shipped. To build the model would be $80.00
(This includes choice of rims (if available), choice
of any solid color for paint (any graphic work extra).
I have a stock hood, so the stuff for the puller
truck can be removed.

Does it come with a hard top or is it an open cab?
Any parts missing?
Can your brother get any other Blazer models, like the 81-91 style?

He has that and a first Gen He doesn't want to sell the first gen.. He paid a lot for that one... Not sure if it has the top or not. I'll ask him..

The kit did not come with a top.. He can scratch build one for it.. But that cost some $ Thanks Dan

I've got 2 first gens, but I'd still like an 81-91 if he comes across one so I can make it look like mine. And I'll also take this one too. Just PM me with payment info. :waytogo:
Damn, the models are just as addicting as the real thing.

I'm not sure if he has Paypal or not.. I'll check tomorrow. If he doesn't you can PayPal me or snail mail him the payment..

I am building that model now. Out of the box it has about a 8 inch lift and very wide axles. There is a guy selling resin hoods and rear roofs for this model. http://www.resincasttrucks.com/parts.html

If you are good a custom/scratch building this can be built to look like a 76-91. The hard part has been building a 81-87 front grill.

I have been looking for a blazer model for a long time but cant find them does anyone know where you can still et these models?

The grill is no a straight swap. The 84 GMC 'Fall Guy' pickup is 1/25 and the Mad Mudder is 1/24. I have both models, plus a few others I bought to rob parts from. I used a 1970 malibu for the 454 engine and seats. I have a 1976 Blazer model that will be built stock, that I have used a reference on modding the Mad Mudder. I have used resin to cast both front grills to build one that is close to the 85 front clip I am putting on my truck. I plan on building the Mad Mudder as my 79 K5 will be built. It is also a test bed for the paint color I am planning. All of the models I am using or old and no longer available (except for Ebay) other than the Mad Mudder and the 84 GMC Pickup. I even found a set of scale 36" Super Swampers.
