All you So Cal boyz. I called the ranger station and checked on access to Main Divide over Saddle Back. The Official word is all gates are open. I am planning on getting up there and revisiting the location of my demise. I have to conquer the hill that left me stranded, now that I am back and better than ever. I will probalby head up there on the 20th with some friends from work if you want to join along.
