What's the difference between the standard flow and reverse flow water pumps. I'm going from v-belt to serpentine and the new pump is reverse flow. Will I need new fan and clutch? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

[/ QUOTE ] I may be mistaken but just turn your fan around, I see no reason why you would need a new clutch.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Seems like it should work. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

you will need a new fan, just turning it around will do nothing, think about it. also the pump is reverse rotation not reverse flow, reverse flow pump push the water through the heads and to the block, standard goes to the block first then to the heads.

Yeah, rotation. /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

The clutch should be okay thought shouldn't it?
