If you check the sales page you'll see that the calendars are being delivered in November. Since this is a one-shot deal I need to give anyone who wants one a chance to reserve their copy.
FWIW, we're putting the final touches on the setup right now and should be ready to go to print in a week or two. When they are ready to go we ship them to Steve and he sends them out to the buyers.

Seriously, I'd like to keep it a surprise for everyone. It adds to the fun of opening it up and not knowing what to expect, IMHO. As long as nobody gets bent out of shape for not getting their pic included. Anyway, as long as Steve is into it, I'm more than happy to do this every year from now on.
