Ok so a thicker shim?
Agree with the way to deep.
When you have a deep pattern the pinion is too far forward. So you need to decrease the pinion shim. So decrease the shim size to pull the pinion back a little.
Also, on the drive side, there is a bit more pattern towards the toe. The coast side looks centered. When you decrease the shim to fix the deep pattern on the drive side, it should correct the drive side toe.
EDIT: This is for a Dana 60, not the 14bff.

Ok thanks I have a shim kit ordered and should fix my issue, thanks for the info everyone.
take the shim out and run it no shim and see what ya get . seen lots with no shim .
This is a corp 14 bolt so it needs a thicker shim to pull the pinion out.
