Ripped off in Seattle

Do your best to fight this. Do not just let them get away with it. I went thru a similar situation. I filed witht the BBB, and the Company got a bad mark against them. I have been asked by others about them and I blackball them any chance I get. Dont worry about getting sued, Remember they screwed you. Oh also, get things in writing, which you should have done when they said they would warrenty the motor and their work. I know alot of shops will not warrenty customer supplied parts/engines/transmissions. I would also make sure the engine in your burbon is the one you bought.

Good luck and dont let it go that easily.

So I did some more checking and it looks like consumer affairs and complaints in Washington all go through the Attorney General's office. I renewed my complaint and responded to what the shop said. I also asked if they can not do anything for me they what is there to stop this from happening again. Will see. Thanks again for all of the help you guys provided.
