It appears the PO put some in the roof for the visor mounts. It's very similar in size to the screws that hold the wiper motor to the firewall. I could just grab a couple similar sizes and check, but figured someone must've encountered these before. Any ideas?

Are they the rubber body style?

I bought some (with the rubber body to seal) at the local *large* non-chain hardware store. They were called well nuts I believe, but again, that's with a rubber body. Used them to mount the rear spoiler to my truck, have worked great so far.
