Thought I'd share the sliders. Went a little wider than normal and with some traction so my wife could use them as a step. She's happy, so all is good. :D

The truck seems to ride a little better with the added weight (cage & spare). I think it needs to go back to the 38.5 Boggers. Anxious to take it out now. :woot:

Thanks guys!

So nice to finally having it near completion, can't believe how long it's been looking back

Those looks really nice Hvy..

What gauge did they use on the sliders. I've been thinking of using the dimples just like you did. I just didn't know if they would end up being too sharp for maybe a bare foot or shin maybe.

Anyways, the rig sure is looking nice. :waytogo:

Thanks a lot.

The steps are 1 3/4" tubing and 10 gauge plate. They don't feel too sharp, but just enough for your shoe to grab. Haven't tried the bare foot yet tho

Very nice! I like how you V'ed the tubes.

Crimson Scotchbrite discs on an air grinder do a great job of "softening" the edges of flare holes without ruining the shape or removing material. :thumb:
