They bolt onto the body at the body mounts and also have a kicker front and rear to bolt to the frame. They do work as steps by sticking out from the body about 3-4 inches.

They are Sulli-Built(or ToyBox) for anyone who has seen them before. I built them for the previous owner of that Sub. We jacked the truck up on the left side useing a Hi-Lift and they were very strong. They are diffentlly worth what he is asking. I sell them new for $300 unpainted and with no bolts.
