Rock Sliders

How do you guys have your sliders mounted? I was looking at a buddy's Cherokee, and his bolt through the pinch seam. Think that would be strong enough? Anyway, if you could post some pics, as I am making mine next weekend, and if you have any tips, I'd appriciate it.

Quite a few people on here have (myself included) have cut out their rockers and replaced them with rectangular tubing. It is well worth the $25 for a membership to be able to search the forums as there are a ton of pictures already posted.
