Adding rock sliders on my k5 (4 in lift 14ff/d60 on 38.5's) and am looking for design advice. Issue at moment is location, up/ down, distance out, etc I have some 2"x 3/16" tubing to work with. Going for simple design

Would you consider replacing your rockers with the slider? That's the best IMO. I wish I had done that knowing the direction my truck is going.
Otherwise, if you truly plan to use them, tied into the frame is best. My cage ties into the slider and body in the same area.
