But in case someone else ever ask, here's a lesson. Dodge D60s had external locking hubs. They bolted to the hub assembly. The manual locking hubs are crap, I run Dodge drive flanges now.

You can get drive flanges for a 60. They are non-selectable, they stay locked at all times.
