Rocker pannel fix & Underbody Cover spray?

What is a good way to easily and cheaply replace or cover rusted out rocker pannels at home yourself?
Also, what is a good bedliner to spray on the underbody of your truck, and any suggestions or tips to make it easier?

Be careful spaying undercoating on these trucks. If it gets chipped water gets in between the coat and the metal and creates passages of light (holes). Not good.

Like to go sloppin' 'round in da mud in a rapid fashion....=)
