I will be using the Sullibuilt.

But if your rockers are trashed I think the ultimate is to chop the body under the door and mount tubing (maybe put some sort of nerf bar off of that...)

I'm having heavymetal fab up a set for me... they will be rock sliders, and then they can be reversed to be steps, or removed completely.

I should get them very shortly, and I will post pics when I get them.

Grim-Reaper has the best setup I've seen... hacked the rockers and put in tubed steel...
Looks real clean and nicely fabricated..

Those are like the ones the UAV is wearing I think. I'm saving my allowance for the ones that are under the vendor stuff for this site.

I've got a mind like a . . . a . . . what's that thing called?

That isnt a Blazer, boys and girls. That is a Pick Up.

I cut my rockers out to install rock sliders. I havent totally finished them, that is why they are rusted like that :)

No problem in showing these.

Nothing against any of the companies that sell this type of rockslider, but for an example, S.E.C. Rock Sliders start at $250 per set. I made it for about $75 myself. If any of you are interested in a set like this and live around Tulsa, I can fab up a set for $100. Maybe even less, since there is less material needed for the Blazer wheelbase than my K10.

I'll get some more detailed pics out here and if anyone is interested in something like these for around $100, plus shipping.

Let me know.

OOPS!! I didnt realize there was a back window, I thought it was open its so clean, upon closer inspection I saw there was. You would think that the 3500 emblems would have given it away. I was just thinking maybe he put them on cause he has 1 ton axles in it....anyways who's is it, it's still a sweet TRUCK!!

Do you have pics on how they mount? I'd be interested if you can ship them to Texas! I'd pay the shipping of course. What type of measurements would you need?

It's mine. I liked the 3500 emblems and since I'm running all full ton drivetrain, I figured why not. I'm eventually going to box my frame to stengthen it, but for now it's a K10 with TPI350, NV4500, Gen2 dblr and 14FF/D60.

The most extreme that I have seen are Pete Corssmit's, he is cutting out part of the floor and replacing it with 1/4" plate that extends straight out toward the door (factory slopes down) then angles up at a 45 degree to form a door sill, he also cut away some of the firewall and replaced with angle. No body hangs below the frame at all, the body is narrower and shorter, with only 3-4" of lift it looks like 44" tires can be mounted real easy. Kind of hard to get in and out but the clearance is insane, the bottom of the door is now relocated up about 7-9" I would say.

I could send you a diagram on what measurements I need and you could just send it back.
