I'd pay the membership fee and search this board. There is tons of good information about this swap. Its a do-able swap, but is involved, and isn't really streetable.

full hydro links work better on rocks (IMHO) rocks dont' steer worth a darn so rear steer is nice the chunks are big so either lots of lift of pushing the axles out.
Wheel brakes or pinion brakes, flipped hubs or no, lockers or welded?

Not familiar w, the equipement you mentioned. Still would like the best option up grade for the money from the D44/10 bolt on it now.

40" tires, cut and leave cog low, trails, mud, a little rock crawling if they are in the way. Drive on weekends/ or more. Can trailer but would prefer to drive it.

This truck is lifted 6" and has 35's on it now. Would like to make a vehicle that will scare the crap out of someone trying to stop it.
Rockwells are not for you, they are VERY far from streetable in stock form.
A Chevy D60 and FF 14 bolt are the way to go for you, much easier and completely streetable and they'll hold up to 40's no problem if you swap the outers on the front to 35 spline.
