I'm looking to trade one steering u-joint style rockwell and one rear non-steer axle for a chevy dana 60(stock form is fine). I have wheel disc rotors for the front that are brand new, and run about 330 dollars for the pair, along with 4 brand new leaf spring perches from Ballistic Fab. I will include both of these in the trade. Let me know what you have and hopefully we can work something out. Thanks.

I've got a DRW D60 with 3.73 gears for you. Not sure if you wanted SRW or DRW, but if you wanted SRW, I'd buy you the brand spanking new hubs/rotors from GM Parts Direct. I'll even toss in a 3/4 ton perched 14FF with the same gear ratio.

You being in Nevada and me in Kansas, I don't have anything to drive that would haul the weight of Rockwells.

very temping. Let me see what i can do about getting em' to kansas. I have a buddy who goes to sterling college out there and i might be able to set something up with him..

Sterling is only 35 miles south of me. I can definitely do that.

now i just gotta figure out how to get them in or behind his little s10 blazer, haha. I will also check some other options like freight and what not if you would like me too.

How ironic. I drive a '98 S-10 Jimmy. :doah::haha:

Sounds like a U-Haul trailer will be needed.

Don't waste your time with shipping or freight. There's no hubs near me that would make it worthwhile to pay the extra fees.

i will bring it up with him. He wants to stay at my place over winter break when he comes back home, so maybe i can talk him into taking a trailor back with 1500 + lbs worth of axles back to Kansas, lol

I'm guessing your plans have now changed on this swap?

i'm just testing the waters.. i scored a 90' toyota cab and frame so that will be getting the one ton stuff, and if i dont have to rip out the stuff from under my k5 then thats fine with me. If i dont get a lot of hits on this in the next couple weeks, then the rocks will find themselves a new home under my k5..

I'd like to see the Rocks under my '75 Highboy.....a la Bigfoot style!
