Yeah i bet it weighs a ton, but it probably still lighter then when it had the doors, tail gate, factory half cab and fiberglass top it still on.
I had a friends shop do the work. Its about to go back for more tube work though, going to make it more of a buggy.

a factory 1/2 cab....do u still have this top? fiberglass or are u talking about the metal roof?

did u do any reinforcement to the tub b4 u cut roof off or is the cage support enuff?

Yea the rock sliders are welded to the body and there are some tabs the go from cage to fire wall. With the cage tied to the frame bumper to bumper, I have zero frame or body flex that I can tell.
