There are a few different prebent units available, you have to weld them or have them welded together though

If you want just looks and non functioning, I have in mine a truck show bar with 2 pads fit under the front and bolted down.
If you want looks and funtioning buy a tubing bender and a welder and have some fun fabbin yourself up one /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Smittybilt does make a front cage section, you have to call them though..they don't list it in the catalo anymore..but they have 'em, I got one last year..
I kinda wish I would have just fabbed my own though, the smittybilt one doesn't fit nice and tight, and the back upper cross bar is low, so ingress and egress to the rear seat is usally a head banger...plus I still had to do my own rear section..
