I'm buying a Roll Cage & Soft Top for a full size 87 Jimmy. The cage needs to have a bar that would cover the heads of the rear passengers then taper down from there. I don't care for the looks of the family cage because of the bar near the tailgate. As far as building my own - I'd like the pre bent parts to start with - as a base, If you will. I have the tools to alter or adapt to conform to what I need. I live in Houston, so I'm considering a white Fasttrac top. This seems to be a top that can be quickly put up or down - what I question is the color. Opinions & advice will be greatly appreciated - this is a $1K purchase.

S&W racecars make a rollcage for blazers... look up there site on google... they send them pre-bent, all you have to do it weld.

i get why you want a white top b/c of the heat and all but my grandfather used to have a convertable with a white top that looked awesome.... when it was clean. that said i remeber watching him scrub the mother out of that thing with bleach or something to get it white again it was a big PITA so it's up to you if you plan on doing any mudding or it will sit outside i'd go with a different color. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
