Does anyone have now or take pictures of how a roller fairlead attaches to a Warn winch? Can it go directly to the winch or does it have to stand off. I am trying to come up with the right way to mount my winch to the new bumper.
Thanks,
David

Instructions that came with my Warn 12000# said never to mount the fairlead directly to the winch, tho I have seen it done (doesn't make it right tho, I suppose). Don't know why it's a good or bad idea.

Mine is mounted to vertical tabs that are in front of the horizontal winch plate. Pics of the bumper are on the Missouri Offroad Outfitter website: My bumper

I don't have a warn winch or a roller fairlead, but I mounted my hawse fairlead on some metal about 1.5" from the winch.
