Yes, it is used. Aluminum frame, greaseable rollers, two sets mounting holes:
9.5" and 12.25", on bottom of frame. PM me your email, as I'm not smart enough to post pics.

IIRC you arn not supposed to use a roller for rope. Only cable. Rope needs a hawse.
