most of the time my park pin wont engage and the truck will roll around in park
how do i fix this?

Does your shift indicator line up properly ? Maybe linkage isn't adjusted right ?
Put it in park at the transmission with the linkage off and see if it works .

it doesn't line up with the indicator
and yes it wil sometimes go into park properly with the shifter if i jam it up there pretty hard

linkage is deffinetly missadjusted.
on the left side of the tranny, you will see some rods. on the one coming down from the column, there is a bolt. loosen the bolt, put the tranny all the way in park, then put the column all the way in park, and tighten the bolt. just make sure to block the wheels first, don;t want the truck to roll over you.
