I have a Yakima basket rack that I want to mount on my Jimmy. Can I just drill some holes in the fiberglass top and bolt it onto it? I don't have the factory roof rack or gutters are anything else.

Yes, use well nuts. You don't need to drill all the way through the top, just deep enough for the well nuts to fit in there. I think I used 1/2" or 9/16" well nuts. Provides a little flex while keeping everything inside the top water free.
