I have a 94 2 door tahoe and want to add a factory roof rack does anyone know if the rivnuts that go thru the roof also go thru any kinda of support? I really dont want to take the headliner down. Thanks

Not that i know of. I put the roof rack on my 94. The biggest issue isn't putting the hole in the sheetmetal, its when you hit the edge of some thickened section underneath the first layer. I laid mine out off factory measurements.
I used the threaded rubber insert variety, and they sucked. When the holes got ovaled out, they spun when trying to tighten. Use the threaded steel rivet style, and just caulk the hell out of them.

Are the measurements somewhere or can I use the measurements I took off another blazer?
Use the measurements off another stock one.
