RoofRacks?

I have thought about it, but after going through hollisters trails, I was gald I didnt have one to get hooked on trees.

I have had one for maybe 1.5 years. It was great at first. It looked really cool, I carried my spare tire, a gas can, and a hi-lift up there. ......until the fiberglass started cracking in my top  . It has cracked on the inside corner where the wall of the top connects to the roof of the top. Here's a pic of it with nothign on it... I currently carry an empty dented gas can - (dented by a tree branch), and my hi-lift up there, the tire stays behind the rear seat for now. But I will get rid of it when I get a rear bumper (will have tire carrier + jerry can holder)

A rack like in the picture would work perfect (minus the snagging on trees part) on the rig I want to build. The Blazban. Take the burb and trim to fit the blazer body, thus making it a solid roof blazer basically.

I have the twin to yours!

I found one exactly like that in the metal pile at our landfill a few years ago!!--it had a rotary beacon on it,and a diamond plate aluminum floor in it!--I couldn't beleive someone threw it away!!--I used the diamond plate in the bed of my stepside,it fit almost perfect,a bit short though--and I made the rest of it into a trailer for my riding mower, with 2x6 planks for a floor, and tandem axles with wheelbarrow tires and rims I got from an old tire rack at a service station when my friends bussiness got sold-
--I always wondered if it was a roof rack originally,it must be a factory made one, since its just like yours!--I thought of using it as a "cab over" rack on my truck, but it was pretty heavy even when empty--and I needed a trailer more than a roof rack,so I converted it..makes a neat trailer though!....

I have one like B_C but a little bigger. I got it cheap from a local guy,but this last trip to Hollister I broke a weld, and was snagging everything in my way. It's for sale wanna buy it?
